TEFLON JOINT FOR MULTILAYER PIPE

Joint made of PTFE material to be used for connecting brass compression fitting to cross-linked polyethylene and multilayer pipes (pex-Al-pex pipes). Teflon joint for multilayer pipe is the joint added to the brass compression fitting’s insert, by the pipe’s contact area, for cross-linked polyethylene and multilayer pipes (pex-Al-pex). It keeps appart brass insert from the aluminium part of the pipe, with the purpose of avoiding electrolysis phenomena due to the contact of the galvanic couple.
