ELBOW 100º FITTING FOR PEX

Brass compression fitting for cross-linked polyethylene and multilayer pipes (pex-Al-pex pipes), fitting together a built-in pipe to a male thread point thanks to the direction change of one hundred degrees (100º). It alows a direction change of the pipe run of one hundred degrees (100º) and leading to a built-in pipe. It is composed by four pieces: a body ended on a female thread, one insert with its corresponding sealing O-rings, a clamping ring and a nut. For multilayer is needed also the use of a teflon joint.The insert is introduced within the body and the pipe within the insert, so the whole group is fixed when tightening the nut around the clamp ring. It is an elbow adaptor of polyethylene pipe to point or accessory threaded male, with slide by the female thread so can connect to a built-in polyethylene pipe and show off the wall the female thread connection. It is used together with a polyethylene framework for built-in pipe. Product range with thread female dimension of 1/2” and pipe diameter from 16 mm to 20 mm, with pipe thickness of 2,0 mm.
