FLANGED PLUG FOR PEX

Brass compression flanged plug fitting for cross-linked polyethylene and multilayer pipes (pex-Al-pex pipes), which closes the open side of a pipe. It is composed by four pieces: a body with a blind side, one insert with its corresponding sealing O-rings, a clamping ring and a nut. For multilayer is needed also the use of a teflon joint.The insert is introduced within the body and the pipe within the insert, so the whole group is fixed when tightening the nut around the clamp ring. It is a plug for closing the open side of a polyethylene pipe. Product range with pipe diameter from 16 mm to 20 mm, with pipe thickness of 2,0 mm.
