Heavy duty brass reducing hexagon nipple male-male with flat seal, brass threaded fitting that joins two female threaded elements of different dimension with flat seal. The heavy duty brass reducing hexagon nipple male-male (figure 245) with flat seal is a straight brass fitting that join pipes or elements of different sizes. It consists of two hollow cylindrical bodies with male thread (external thread) at both ends and hexagonal flange at its centre for tightening. The greater thickness of the cylinder wall achieves higher surface seat at the end, allowing sealing by means of a flat seal without need for Teflon or hemp fibre in the thread pitches. Product range with dimensions from 1/2” x 1” to 1.1/2” x 2”.
